I know I won't be able to make the discussion because I will be at work and the new sign-in page for Inkpop freezes on my work computer :( Anyway, here are my questions: 1.) What was it like working on the Louder Than Words series? and 2.) How did you become a professional editor?

1.What would you suggest for aspiring writers to do?
2. How long does it take for you to write an entire book?
3. Are there any hints you could give for a novice writer?

Hi Mrs. Reber.
I'm currently working on a query letter for my book, Remember Me, which isn't quite finshed yet. I think I have the perfect agent in mind, but what advice would you give for my letter or on how to go about getting the agent? And should I wait until the book is finished to send it in?

Hi,
My name is Ashleigh, and my first novel is nearing completion. How do you think a growing author should go about getting a publisher, and what publisher(s) would you suggest us to looking into?

Hi,
Im Ari, and I'm a young author. I was wondering 3 things
1 Do publishers prefer books by older writers because I'm only 13
2 How do you get in touch with publishers? I'd love to get in touch with some professionals about my book
3 As a teen writer what publishers do you think I should go to?

(Not positive I can make it)

Salutations Ms. Reber,

My writing is no where near publishing quality, however I am swiftly improving. I believe for once, that the plot I am currently creating is defintely worth holding on to. Should I try self-publishing once I have everything finished and edited, or would it be wiser to wait until I'm older and more experienced to rewrite it and try to get it published by a company such as HarperCollins?

Also, I am an aspiring poet but have heard it's hard to get poetry published. Do you have any tips?

Thank you for your time,
Poetic Ramblings

1) Will a literary agent take you seriously if you have a few grammar mistakes you've missed?
2) How much time should I spend editing before I start sending out my manuscript? I know you can never edit too much, but what if you feel satisfied with your manuscript?

Hi I'm Olivia, a young author, just wondering about a couple of things to do with publishing.
1. How often do teens get published?
2. Do agents/publishers like if one of your stories had been online prior to publishing? (I know some people on this site were concerned about this).
3. Do you think a lot of teens have the potential to get published by some of the major known publishing companies?
