i'm just a regular 16 year old girl. i like to write, and i really hope to major in english in college. if that should fail, i think i'd like to get a degree in foreign languages. they intrigue me. i'm quiet, shy, and somewhat antisocial. one of my favorite things in the world is rain. it's so calming and peaceful, and really just beautiful. i like being myself for most of my time. i like writing stories, but i sometimes have trouble finding time with all my school work. i tend to be very down on myself, and i'm pretty sure i don't have an ounce of self esteem left inside of me. it's all been squashed right out of me. i don't really know why, but even when i was a little kid i'd always say negative things about myself. i like to dress in black, and i absolutely hate the color pink. although... something i hate is being called 'emo', because i'm far from it. i'm not depressed or suicidal or too unhappy.
i like what i like no matter who likes it. if i like something it's not because everyone else does. if i don't like something, it's not because no one else does. (just a side note, i hate twilight. and before you start jumping down my throat. i actually read the books. i gave it a shot, and it fails epically. nothing is cool about a stalker, kiddies. ;p)
i like to read a lot. you'll nearly always catch me with a book in my hand. and if i don't have a book, then i'll almost always have my mp3 player. heck, sometimes i read and listen to music at the same time. :)

i like to read manga and watch anime a lot. i like lots of different types of anime, but mainly angsty~! muah. :) and i like to play video games occasionally, but only if it's a really good game. :) like kingdom hearts. it's my favorite game. :d all the kingdom hearts games are really good. :) and final fantasy. :d
p.s. i'm awful at responding to people, but i'll do my best to get around to it. it just might take some time. :) have some patience with me.
p.p.s. i like slash stories. :d that's boy/boy stories, mah friend. they make me happy. ^^
