hey guys! wow. so many stories so little time. i really miss reading. i haven't had a whole lot of time lately to read through your projects and comment. but hopefully that will change in the next two weeks while i have a little down time. don't give up on me yet either. i'm still working on my project "untitled for now." i'm hoping to get a couple more chapters ready and put it up on here. once i do, please check it out. and if you can think of a good title for it, please suggest one. i'm not sure i'll really find one until i'm done with it. but anyway, thanks guys for being patient and reading my stories. please comment!! :)
hi everyone. i am on here for what is probably the same reason that everyone else in the world on here is on here. i love writing, and reading. writing is so fun. it's such an escape, and an incredible talent. i have always admired authors because they were the ones that could write so well, with so much of a passion, that they could put feelings into words and describe worlds within the realms of their own imaginations so well that everyone could make sense of it and understand it. i guess that explains why i love reading so much too. the author creates these amazing images in your head. and i've always believed the best books could make you smile or cry depending on what the character is feeling.
and now i'm totally off subject. i'm supposed to be talking about me right? hmmm.... well reading and writing isn't all that i do. i am a very busy girl. i am in a jazz/show choir, i am in plays and musicals throughout the year, so yeah you could call me a drama geek i guess. i am the yearbook business manager/editor for my school, which is incredibly fun, and not just because i get to boss people around. lol. so i'm very into anything that has to do with the fine arts, and journalism, and such...
the most important things to me are my friends, family, and above all my faith. i am a lutheran, missouri synod. my grandfather was a lutheran minister, and although it has been in my family and passed down to me to be a lutheran, i am still the one who chooses to be in this religion. my mother did not force me, is what i mean. that's where my screen name comes from. faithhopelove. it's from the bible. if you go to 1corinthians 13:13 you will find the verse, " and now these three remain: faith, hope and love. but the greatest of these is love." that verse also happens to be my favorite bible verse, along with the rest of 1 corinthians 13. so anyway, i just wanted to show you that faithhopelove wasn't like some hippie sort of thing.
me, really i am so many things more than what i choose to type on this page. so here is what else you can know about me if you are in fact, still reading. 1. i was painfully shy as a young child 2. i was also a perfectionist, which i still have major issues with at times 3. if i am talking to you in person and telling you a story, it could be a while before i'm done, i don't summarize well i guess. i'm much better on paper, where i can revise and revise and revise. 4. anything that i do, i put my best into it, especially if anyone else is depending on me 5. i contradict myself a lot 6. i am very ticklish 7. i have really weird dreams, not bad ones, just weird ones 8. my favorite people are the people that i can sit and talk to for hours about absolutely everything at nothing at all, and they listen and laugh even if they don't understand completely 9. i try to be very optimistic, but sometimes, well a lot of times, i have breakdowns. i have heard they are fun to watch, not too fun to go through though. 10. i love to laugh. it's one of my favorite things to do.
so there is me..... :)
