I'm Carlyn (pronounced "Car-Lynn"), and here are a few things about me! I'm sixteen, currently a sophomore in high school. I absolutely l-o-v-e writing and reading. (DUH!) It is my dream to become published author. I love God with all my heart. I love my friends and family. I love getting lost in a book and writing. I have too many projects going at once. I love the smell of Barnes & Noble. I like bright and bold colors, but when picking out clothes, I tend to stay in the more casual/cute styles with darker colors. I have a very loud laugh. I'm currently obsessed with the song Running Up That Hill by Placebo. I want to dye my hair "Victoria red". (Yes, that is indeed a Twilight reference.) I'm obsessed with the Twilight Saga and all things vampire/werewolf. So, if you've got any vamp or wolf stories, lay it on me! I'd love to add 'em to my list of things to read! However, I usually don't write anything about vampires/werewolves. My favorite number is 9,475. No lie. Being rude to anyone around me is a "no-no". I hate seeing people bullied, put down, insulted, etc. I don't like new situations, and new people scare the crap out of me. I would describe myself as: Fun, friendly, caring, pessimistic, twibsessed, random, silly, loving, creative, impatient, easily annoyed, easily amused, hard working if I put my mind to something, musically awesome (not as in musically talented, as in I like awesome music I.M.O. !), witty, sarcastic, very forgiving, a people-pleaser, loyal, indecisive, and cheerful. I have a low self esteem. I love rain. I tend to doubt and question everything. Tacos are my favorite food. I LOVE finding new books to read. If you have any book recommendations (ASIDE from asking me to read yours) let me know! I LOVE SWAPPING READS. If you ask me to read something of yours, I fully expect for you to return the favor, and I will ask you to. I also hate accidentally forgetting to read/comment someone's stuff, so if I don't PLEASE don't think I'm blowing you off. I try to keep a list of works I need to read. If you don't see yours on there, please tell me and I'll add it!
