This is a great concept. A great poem. I really like it. It's cool that as I was reading so many different ideas and thought and emotions were running through my mind. I really like this a lot. Nice job :)

"A life of shadows is death"---what a cool concept!!!"You are the mist, you are nothing"----wonderful!"Not even light can destroy the icy claws that impale your soul"----wow, I love this!!!"Yet as the moon rises and shines down upon you, you are at peace"---the first thing I thought of when I read this was that the moon shining would create a shadow ... created great imagery for me:)Ooo ... great ending! I love "You breathe"---that speaks life, which is perfect because we were death atthe beginning ... a perfect way to bring it around! Well done! ~Morgan;)

We're almost alike; no one truly understands me except my best-dude-friend who is also a poet of the darkness, but he only writes when he needs to, not when he wants to.
